50–500 kg orders ship within 1–2 business days from Rajkot, Gujarat. 500 kg–2 MT orders take 3–5 business days (we may produce-to-order to ensure fresh lots). 2 MT+ orders are typically scheduled with a 5–10 day production window. We confirm exact dispatch date in the pro-forma invoice before payment.

Domestic: 50% advance and 50% on dispatch (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) for established customers; full advance for first orders. Recurring monthly customers can move to 30-day credit after 6 months. Export: TT (telegraphic transfer) advance or Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, depending on country and customer history. Razorpay corporate billing also available for orders under ₹2 lakh.

Yes — white-label and private-label packaging is available for orders ≥1 MT per SKU. We supply the product in your branded retail packs (1 kg / 2 kg / 5 kg / 10 kg formats), with your logo, your barcode, and your printed care instructions. Setup cost is a one-time die / plate fee (typically ₹15–30k); per-unit pack cost adds approximately ₹4–8 depending on format.

Yes. Export documentation includes per-lot COA on request (in-house, with SGS/Bureau Veritas third-party verification at additional cost), MSDS in the destination market's language, fumigation certificate (where required), Halal/Kosher certificates (on request), origin declaration, and packing list. MOQ for export is typically 1 MT FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva. We support TT advance, LC at sight, and selectively D/A 30-day terms for repeat buyers.

Listed prices are retail. Wholesale tiers (5–15% off) are computed at checkout for logged-in customers in the Wholesale customer group, or quoted in the pro-forma invoice for non-self-serve orders. Yes. We supply 1–2 kg sample packs by courier for ₹500 (refunded against the first paid order ≥50 kg). On request, sample packs ship with the production-lot COA so you can validate fixed-carbon, ash, burn-time, and BET specs before committing. For export-grade and pharma-grade buyers, larger samples (5–10 kg) are available at cost.

Both. For 50 kg–2 MT orders we ship via Shiprocket's multi-courier network (delivery is part of the price). For 2 MT+ orders we can either arrange dedicated truck freight (BLR / DEL / MUM and back-haul routes) at quoted FTL cost, or you can send your own freight forwarder for ex-works pickup. Container loads (≈22 MT) ship FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva for export.
