Products & Quality

What's the difference between wood, bamboo, and coconut shell charcoal?
Each has distinct strengths. Wood charcoal (70–78% fixed carbon) throws the highest heat and longest burn — best for BBQ, tandoor, and industrial use. Bamboo charcoal (80–84%) is high-porosity and adsorbent — used in cosmetics, filtration, and decorative air purification. Coconut shell charcoal (>80%) has the lowest ash and cleanest burn — the global standard for hookah and activated carbon. See our Compare by Material page for a full side-by-side.
Are your briquettes chemical-free?
Yes. We use only natural starch binders — no petroleum, glue, accelerants, or lighter fluids. Our standard and premium briquettes meet FSSAI food-contact requirements.
How long do your charcoal lumps burn?
Hardwood lumps: 3–4 hours in a closed grill. Coconut shell hexagon briquettes: 60–90 minutes on a hookah bowl. Bamboo briquettes: 2–3 hours. Exact burn time depends on airflow, size of the piece, and application.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Every wholesale lot ships with a COA showing fixed carbon %, moisture %, ash %, volatile matter, and calorific value. Retail customers can request a typical-range COA via email.
What certifications do you have?
FSSAI (food-contact safe), ISO 9001 (quality management), and SGS testing on request. Export-grade lots carry MSDS documentation. We're registered under the GST Act and hold a valid GSTIN.

Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
All 29,000+ PIN codes serviced by Shiprocket across India. For international wholesale orders (Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia), submit a wholesale inquiry.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days to metro cities, 3–5 days to Tier 2 cities, 5–8 days to smaller towns and rural PIN codes. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.
Is delivery free?
Free on orders above ₹999. Below that, flat ₹99 shipping. Heavy orders (>25 kg) may incur a small per-kg surcharge, calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get tracking links via email + SMS when the courier picks up the package. Logged-in customers can also track from the order dashboard.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available for select PIN codes on orders up to ₹5,000. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see if COD is available for you.

Wholesale & B2B

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Wholesale MOQ starts at 50 kg. For industrial lumps and activated carbon, MOQ is 500 kg. International export orders typically ship in 5–20 MT containers.
How do wholesale discounts work?
Tiered — 5% off 50–100 kg, 10% off 100–500 kg, 15% off 500 kg–2 MT, custom pricing above 2 MT. See wholesale page.
Do you do custom packaging or private-label?
Yes, for orders above 500 kg per SKU. Submit a wholesale inquiry with your requirements and we'll send a quote including packaging costs.
What payment terms do you offer for wholesale?
First order: 100% advance. Repeat orders: 50% advance + 50% on dispatch. Credit terms may be extended to verified businesses after 3 orders.

Payments & Invoices

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking for all major Indian banks, and COD for select PIN codes.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST-compliant PDF invoice is auto-generated on order confirmation and emailed to you. Logged-in customers can re-download invoices from the order history page.
Can I claim GST input credit as a business?
Yes — enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout (or in your account profile) and the invoice will be issued in your company's name with GSTIN printed.
Is my payment secure?
All card data is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never see or store your card number or CVV. 3D Secure (OTP) is enforced on all card transactions.

Returns & Support

What's your return policy?
7 days from delivery for damaged, defective or incorrectly-described products. Unopened packages only. See the full Refund Policy.
My package arrived damaged — what do I do?
If the package is visibly damaged at delivery, refuse it and contact us immediately. If you notice damage after unboxing, email us within 48 hours with photos.
