Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of WoodCharcoal.in and purchases from the site.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WoodCharcoal.in (the "Site") operated by Agochar Tech LLP, and any purchase you make from the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Wholesale buyers represent that they are authorised to bind their organisation.

2. Products

We sell wood charcoal, bamboo charcoal and coconut shell charcoal in various form factors. Product specifications (fixed carbon, moisture, ash, calorific value) are typical ranges; individual lots are tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available on request for wholesale orders.

Product images are illustrative — actual product may vary in colour and shape because charcoal is a natural product.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
  • Retail prices include GST at applicable rates. Wholesale pricing is negotiated per inquiry.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a material error is detected, we'll contact you before processing the order.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Cash on Delivery is available for select PIN codes.

4. Order confirmation

An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. Prior to that, the order is a request. We may reject an order (full refund) if the product is out of stock, the shipping address is not serviceable, or fraud is suspected.

7. Use of the Site

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any other user's account.
  • Scrape, reproduce or republish Site content without written permission.
  • Resell our products misrepresenting them as your own brand without a wholesale agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, product photography, logos — is owned by Agochar Tech LLP or licensed to us. You may share links to pages but not copy content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Agochar Tech LLP's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Safety notice: charcoal is a combustible product. Always follow the usage instructions on the packaging. We're not responsible for misuse (burning indoors without ventilation, using non-food-grade products in food preparation, etc.).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Agochar Tech LLP against any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of products.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders and announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
